  1. I'm surprised that they are so inexpensive. Thanks for sharing this. I've seen a couple of them in my neighborhood and didn't know what they were. I actually thought it was a cover sheid for a motorcycle. This would be perfect for my husband's comute but I would worry about the saftey factoor.

  2. That would be a trade-off. Much safer than a bicycle though!
